OUR PRICING IS FIXED FOR THE TASKS QUOTED

For services we provide beyond the SNAPSHOT review, we will scope the project and quote according to the timeframe we have to act, your needs and your budget.

NO LOCK-IN CONTRACTS

For the best of intentions and endeavours, not every client is a long term partner. Our YEAR ROUND PROTECTION program is a 12 month commitment, with the option to renew in the client's favour, so NO AUTOMATIC ROLLOVER, no pressure selling, just an open and transparent opportunity to work together to our mutual benefit for another term.


The only LOCK-IN provision we have is the Confidentiality Agreement which is on-going to protect yourselves and ourselves against leaking of any information we mutually know or knew.

INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

Our pricing is inclusive of GST, travel, accommodation, incidentals and out of pocket expenses including filing fees.

If an UNEXPECTED cost does arise and we did not quote for it, it's on us to wear at our cost. 


If our scope recommends engaging other professionals such as Solicitors, Barristers, Accountants, IT consultants, HR Consultants, Media Advisers, PR Consultants, those costs are specifically EXCLUDED from our quote, however we will endeavour to obtain quotations as required for your assessment.
